Jon James Goudeau

Jon, born the youngest son on of Louis Morgan Goudeau and Zephur Darpinian of Modesto California. Raised on a family farm in Modesto off of Bangs Avenue, Jon recalled many happy times working with the hired hands harvesting and caring for the crops. Farming became a life long pursuit for him. Hard work and creativity was his strong suit along with cooking. Jon spent 6 years from 1970-1976 proudly serving his country. He has four children, 2 daughters, 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. He met and married his wife Helen, March 30th, 2001. Shortly thereafter they moved to Coos Bay Oregon where Jon became a farmer of the sea! With grown children, Jon and Helen wanted to travel and see some of the beauty of our country and for a while traveled, worked and recreated between Arizona and Idaho, spending 6 months in each location until they settled in Idaho and made their home in 2010.
Jon loved the Teton Valley and the friends who became part of his life. The Valley is where his spirit will stay.
