Claude Spilman
November 4, 1953 — June 21, 2014
Claude was born Nov. 4, 1953 in Joplin, Missouri to Edwin and Helen Raines. He lived in Missouri until 1987 when he left for Elko, Nevada to work in the Mines. He retired and moved to Victor in 2003. He loved the outdoors, camping, fishing and taking rides in the mountains. He enjoyed playing foosball, and watching football especially his Kansas City Chiefs.
He is survived by 2 sons: Shane (Tera) Spilman of Victor and Jeremy (Angie) Spilman of Taos, New Mexico; 2 daughters: Stephanie (Lance) Engelbretson of Elko, Nevada and Stacy (Joe) Hatch of Elko, Nevada; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, his parents, 3 sisters Natlie Spilman, Athena Comer and Jenell Spilman.
Memorial services will be on Saturday, June 28th at 11:00 A.M. at the Driggs L.D.S. Stake Center.
